The Witney Office

Our Witney office is situated in the heart of the town overlooking the large church green towards the church of St. Mary The Virgin beyond. We have colour photographs of houses for sale on windows to the north, south and east of the office building. The office is run 'hands on' by Philip Howard. He and his salesforce, have many years' experience and so are able to be of great help to vendor and purchaser alike to ensure an easy move.

TEAM

TEAM is an association of independent estate agents computer linked for the purpose of multi-isting properties. We are in the vanguard of modern estate agency, which enables us to share houses with a growing number of other independent estate agents. This means that when a house comes onto the market in one of the offices (by overnight computer linking) illustrated sale particulars in full colour are available the next morning in all the other offices. The result is that we sell more houses, more efficiently and quickly. All viewing and dealings are strictly and solely between our clients and us. It simply means that at present our vendor clients have the marketing expertise of fifteen estate agents for the price of one!
